Membership in Franklin Community Players is open without discrimination to all interested in supporting the purposes of the Organization, subscribing to the Bylaws, and who are otherwise qualified under Bylaw provisions.  Qualifications for membership shall include yearly participation (either onstage or backstage) in some capacity, and attendance at one Board of Directors meeting prior to the annual meeting.  Privileges of membership shall include the ability to run  and vote for the Board of Directors/Officers, the privilege to be appointed to participate in or chair a committee, and the ability to vote on amendments to the Bylaws at the Annual Membership meeting.
